Key Responsibilities Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and emailCoordinate repair scheduling and follow up on service requestsHelp troubleshoot common homeowner concerns and identify solutions quicklyPartner with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved efficientlyDeliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience in every interactionManage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now.
