Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to work in our office in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position will be onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warranty requests
• Dispatch Service Technicians
• Track completion and quality of service
• Generate reports
• Work closely with subcontractors to manage the billing and invoice processes
• Responsible for quality control and warranty service administration

Requirements

• Two to more years of experience in fast-paced residential construction
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction trades
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to keep detailed documentation

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in an office environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
