Position Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator handles customer interactions, schedules installations, and reviews service tickets. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Review contracts post-sale for accuracy and completeness
- Schedule installations and service appointments
- Review and approve completed service tickets for quality assurance
- Act as a liaison between installation and service teams and customers
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support department initiatives
Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service and administrative experience
Additional Requirements
- Computer and keyboard proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through various channels
- Adaptable, patient, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Or Certifications
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Experience in the home improvement/construction industry
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer organization
