Customer Care Coordinator
Position Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our customer's experience is positive and timely by answering calls, prioritizing service needs, and entering data in an organized and purposeful manner.
SOME Essential Functions Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage large numbers of incoming calls.
- Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follows up to ensure resolution.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer data, and file documents.
- Covers service requirements of customers effectively and timely.
- Takes the extra mile by inquiring about service requests to ensure completion of one-trip service.
- Maintain physical and electronic records effectively.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer care coordination / administration.
- Proficient in AS-400 and MS Office Products, including Excel a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette, written and oral communication skills required.
- Must be well organized and able to effectively manage time.
- Possess a positive attitude and ability to deescalate calls where you may have an upset customer.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
- Constantly works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment.
- Work primarily involves sitting / standing.
Pay Range
The role pay range is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
Hours
The hours for this position are 6:30am-3:10pm, Monday-Friday.
