About the role
Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to work in our office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Respond to warranty requests
- Dispatch Service Technicians
- Track completion and quality of service
- Generate reports
- Work closely with subcontractors to manage the billing and invoice processes
- Responsible for quality control and warranty service administration
Requirements
- Two to more years of experience in fast-paced residential construction
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction trades
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to keep detailed documentation

Schedule
