Customer CARE Champion

What you'll do!

• Answering customer service calls
• Logging customer service calls using the Company’s tracking software
• Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate level of management
• Follow up with prospects, customers, and dealerships

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma
• Digital literacy skills to effectively use digital devices, software, and applications with confidence
• Strong phone and verbal communication along with active listening skills to improve the overall customer experience
• Ability to use conflict management techniques to resolve disagreements and act with appropriate level of care and concern to help resolve issues and solve problems
• Strong problem solving skills that showcase the ability to accurately define problem, evaluate them and quickly solve them
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Compensation and Benefits

• $15.00 per hour
