About the role
This isn’t a typical call center seat. We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist—someone who brings warmth, expertise, and professionalism to each interaction. We Care deeply about food quality and where food comes from, and we hope you do too.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service across email, SMS, and social channels.
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects the Crowd Cow standard, going the extra mile for both direct customers and 3PL partners.
- Help grow our seasonal gifting program by guiding customers and corporate clients through our corporate gifting and gift card sales program, helping with product selections tailored to needs and budgets.
- Propose solutions that make the team sharper and the customer experience smoother.
- Work across departments to deepen your product knowledge and pitch in on inventory receiving, quality assurance, and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Tech Savvy: Zendesk experience and Looker is a plus.
- Escalation Capable: When things get complicated, you step in with calm and care.
- A Product Consultant: Help grow our seasonal gifting program by guiding customers and corporate clients through our corporate gifting and gift card sales program.
- Process & Leadership Oriented: Propose solutions that make the team sharper and the customer experience smoother.
Qualifications
- A Customer Champion: You deliver personalized, high-quality customer service across email, SMS, and social channels.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a sales or consultative role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about customer service and understanding what “great” looks like in eCommerce.

Pay
Starting Wage: $20.00–$25.00/hr DOE, with upside for Zendesk and eCommerce consumer care experience.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm
