Customer Advocacy Specialist - Remote Work

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit customer advocates from the existing client base through proactive outreach and collaboration with account teams.
• Coordinate the production of case studies, testimonials, video stories, and peer review submissions.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer reference program, including tracking requests and fulfillment.
• Maintain and update the customer advocacy database, ensuring advocate profiles and assets are current.
• Support the planning and execution of customer appreciation initiatives and advocacy events.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to deploy advocacy content at the right stages of the buyer journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer advocacy, client marketing, or customer success.
• Experience coordinating case study and testimonial production from interviews through final approval.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and motivate customers as brand advocates.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing reference pipelines and content assets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and advocacy platforms to track program activity and outcomes.
