About the role
We are seeking an Account Coordinator – Customer Accounts & Collections Support to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a shared support pool that assists our Account Representative team.
- Help keep customer accounts organized, accurate, and moving forward by handling customer calls and emails.
- Prepare account documentation.
- Support billing and collections follow-up.
- Reduce delinquency, support cash flow, and maintain positive customer relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
