Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom itinerary planning with supplier coordination, maintaining clear documentation of source, owner, status, and next actions.
• Review and update role documentation with status tracking for custom itineraries, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Document reservation systems with deadline management, keeping all details visible and actionable.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for custom itineraries, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.
• Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines in a custom itinerary workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning remains clear and accessible.
• Use judgment in follow-ups, especially when itineraries depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure remote completion of work through secure, traceable reporting and status tracking, ready for the next authorized teammate.

Qualifications

• Strong custom itinerary planning skills, ensuring travel plans remain usable under the demands of a Philippine travel agency.

• Ability to maintain traceable, high-quality work with clear ownership of unresolved items.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
