The Custom Itinerary Specialist ensures travel planning and service remain usable under the specific demands of the agency. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before they lead to downstream rework.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile custom itinerary planning with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Coordinate role documentation and status tracking for custom itineraries, maintaining clarity in source, owner, status, and next steps.
• Review reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are documented and actionable.
• Document processes and generate reports to maintain transparency and compliance in custom itinerary execution.
• Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring all work is traceable and errors are addressed proactively.

• Use Gladex Travel and Tours Corp workflows and travel planning tools confidently in a custom itinerary context.

Position Details

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
