The Custom Itinerary Specialist ensures travel planning and service remain precise, traceable, and adaptable to the demands of leisure travel.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile custom itineraries with supplier coordination, maintaining visible records of source, owner, status, and next actions within leisure travel planning.
- Coordinate travel documentation and status tracking for custom itineraries, ensuring clarity and accountability at every checkpoint.
- Review reservation systems with deadline management to maintain accuracy and timeliness for custom itineraries.
- Document processes and generate reports to ensure traceability and compliance in custom itinerary execution.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.
Decision Pattern & Quality Standards
- Ensure travel planning and service remain usable under the specific demands of leisure travel, with completed work fully traceable.
- Unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be identified before causing rework.
