Custom Itinerary Specialist

This role operates within leisure travel planning, specializing in custom itineraries for reservations, cruises, all-inclusive packages, and traveler service. The Custom Itinerary Specialist ensures travel planning and service remain precise, traceable, and adaptable to the demands of leisure travel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile custom itineraries with supplier coordination, maintaining visible records of source, owner, status, and next actions within leisure travel planning.
• Coordinate travel documentation and status tracking for custom itineraries, ensuring clarity and accountability at every checkpoint.
• Review reservation systems with deadline management to maintain accuracy and timeliness for custom itineraries.
• Document processes and generate reports to ensure traceability and compliance in custom itinerary execution.
• Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.

• Ensure travel planning and service remain usable under the specific demands of leisure travel, with completed work fully traceable.
• Unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be identified before causing rework.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
