Custom Itinerary Specialist

This role operates within Philippine travel/DMC operations spanning leisure, ticketing, tours, hotels, transfers, groups, and MICE. The Custom Itinerary Specialist focuses on travel planning and service, ensuring itineraries are tailored, accurate, and executed seamlessly in this specialized environment.

Responsibilities

• Document custom itineraries with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Maintain Shroff Travel role documentation, including status tracking for all custom itinerary tasks.
• Reconcile reservation systems with deadline management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting, ensuring all custom itinerary details are traceable and up-to-date.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface unresolved items and prevent downstream rework.

Requirements

• Confidently use Shroff Travel Workflow Context and Travel Planning tools in a custom itinerary-focused environment.
• Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning for decisions.
• Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when itineraries depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete, with current status tracking and follow-up signals for seamless transitions.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
