Responsibilities
- Review custom itineraries with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
- Document role-specific processes and status tracking for custom itineraries, maintaining clear records of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring all itinerary details are up-to-date and traceable.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance in custom itinerary execution.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management, ensuring all checkpoints are met and issues are surfaced before becoming downstream rework.

Work must remain usable under the specific demands of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support. Completed work should be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors should be identified early to prevent rework.

- Confidently use G Spa Travel S.A.S. workflow tools and travel planning systems to support custom itineraries in the specified contexts.
- Apply data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines within the custom itinerary workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring transparency in decision-making.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, particularly when itineraries depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine record management, travel planning, and process compliance to keep work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
