About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of custom fulfillment services. Works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to custom fulfillment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, and IT to optimize service delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and operational procedures.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices and problem-solving techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software systems, particularly in the context of fulfillment services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies used in fulfillment services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
