Custody Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze custody banking workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Gather and document business requirements in partnership with operations and technology teams
• Support project delivery, system implementations, and process enhancement initiatives
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new products and system changes
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Ensure compliance with applicable Bank Secrecy Act requirements and internal policies

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of custody banking, securities operations, or related financial services experience
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
