About the role

The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the project. They support Team Members and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and other Administrative staff to prepare files for new projects
  • Create project-specific documents and assist with in-house copy/printing requests
  • Log and track project contracts, change orders and other documents pertaining to projects and distribute bid documents to trade partners
  • Update estimating log in CMiC
  • Maintain project archives and handle requests for retrieval of files when needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that will be utilized to hold discussions with various members of Clune and clients
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Understanding of team roles and responsibilities, internally and externally
  • Prioritization and time management skills to maintain schedule and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of construction industry preferred

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
