Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Dalcour Maclaren, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from planning through to completion. You will collaborate closely with Client Managers to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships. You will monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure financial and operational success. You will allocate and manage resources effectively across projects, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards and complies with legal and contractual requirements. You will identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively. You will promote continuous improvement and contribute to the evolution of our project management methodologies. You will support and develop your team through effective leadership and line management. You will champion the use of internal systems and tools to enhance project delivery and reporting. You will conduct regular project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. You will drive stakeholder engagement through clear, consistent communication and reporting. You will ensure alignment of project outcomes with client objectives and business strategy.

Requirements

• Previous experience within project management
• Previous experience in leading a team
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Great IT skills and confidence with Microsoft products
• Good numeracy skills and financial understanding
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• A keen problem solver
