Pay Rate: $17.00 Full Time Position Available Monday-Friday: 5:00PM - 1:30AM Key Responsibilities Supervise and assist custodial staff at all sitesCover shifts and assist with routine cleaning as neededDeliver and pick up supplies and equipmentEnsure quality standards are met at all job sitesMonitor and support clock-in/out complianceCommunicate effectively with clients and internal teamsProvide training and enforce company policies and safety practicesCommunicate regularly with supervisor and regional manager regarding team progress and client satisfaction Qualifications Must be 18+ with valid IDStrong attendance and leadership skillsAbility to pass background check with no past or pending felonies or misdemeanors, and drug screen (including for THC)Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle to drive during shift.Schedule flexibility including the ability to cover earlier shifts based on operational needs. Comfortable with technology and able to use standard office equipment and programsAt least 1 year of custodial experience preferred1 year previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand/walk for long periodsStrong attention to detail and team management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills Why Join Nawa?
