Custodian - Part-Time- Library

About the role

Under the supervision of the Library Director, performs regular recurring custodial duties at the Payson City Library. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the library facility
• Perform custodial duties after library operating hours

Requirements

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., three days per week

Custodial experience preferred but not mandatory. Detail-oriented individuals encouraged to apply.

Pay

Salary range is $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Six hours per week. Schedule will be determined upon hire, typically two hours per day, three times per week. Cleaning must be performed after hours and can take place anytime between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
