Custodian - Part-time

Reports to: Communications Manager

4 hours per day, 3–5 days per week

Pay

$19.00 per hour

About the role

Responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of all facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established cleaning schedules and demonstrate proper cleaning techniques with appropriate supplies and equipment.
• Care for property and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level position with preferred custodial experience.
• Valid driver’s license, access to transportation, and a clean driving record with at least three years of legal driving experience.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing) and janitorial supplies and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to type 25 wpm, and pass background and drug screenings.
