Custodian - Part-time

About the role

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the school facility.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, dusts, polishes, vacuums, mops, and maintains furniture and equipment
• Stocks custodial areas
• Conducts cleanup of bodily fluids
• Performs general building maintenance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Climbing ladders
• Performing repetitive tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in custodial work and grounds maintenance preferred

Skills & Certifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems is desirable
• Required to obtain a Minnesota boilers license before probation ends
• Driver’s license may be required

Pay

$19.51/hour with differential pay

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm
