About the role
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the school facility.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, dusts, polishes, vacuums, mops, and maintains furniture and equipment
- Stocks custodial areas
- Conducts cleanup of bodily fluids
- Performs general building maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Climbing ladders
- Performing repetitive tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in custodial work and grounds maintenance preferred
Skills & Certifications
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems is desirable
- Required to obtain a Minnesota boilers license before probation ends
- Driver’s license may be required
Pay
$19.51/hour with differential pay
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm
