About the role
Under supervision, maintain an assigned school building or office space in a clean and orderly condition; perform other work as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform general custodial and simple maintenance work
- Use common electrical cleaning equipment
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions
- Perform simple and repetitive tasks
- Work well with those contacted in the course of work and cooperate with faculty and other workers
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic methods, supplies, and tools used in custodial work
- Ability to quickly learn the schedules, procedures, and tools used in custodial work
- Any combination equivalent to completion of the eighth grade and previous experience performing similar duties is highly desirable

Schedule
- 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday
- Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- 12-month work year
Pay
Monthly salary range: $3,906 - $4,737 (Range 22)
