Custodian IV Early Childhood Family Center A Shift

To assist in the cleaning and upkeep of assigned building(s) and grounds, ensuring a condition of operating excellence to provide a quality education and a safe, clean environment for all staff, students, and community members. Serves as backup at Stillwater Middle School, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks to maintain the assigned building(s) and grounds.
• Operate and maintain building systems, including boilers, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Assist in the setup and takedown of events and activities within the facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Special boilers license (required at time of hire).
• CPO certification and unlicensed electrician registration (required within 6 months of hire).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of custodial experience in an educational setting preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $28.39.

Schedule

8.0 hours per day, 52 weeks per year, Monday through Friday.
