Why This Role Matters

As an Early Childhood Center Manager, you serve as the leader of a Head Start and Early Head Start program, ensuring high-quality services for children and families while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Your leadership shapes the learning environment, supports staff success, and strengthens family engagement and community partnerships. What You’ll Do

  • Oversight of daily center operations and compliance with Head Start, licensing, NAEYC, and CCG standards.
  • Leadership, supervision, and support of staff to promote high performance, accountability, and a positive work environment.
  • Monitoring of program quality across education, family engagement, health, nutrition, and special services.
  • Management of budgets, tracking expenditures, and supporting financial accountability for center operations.
  • Building and strengthening community partnerships to enhance services and advance program goals.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Significant leadership experience with strong supervisory and financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of early childhood best practices, compliance standards, and child development.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • A mission-aligned leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration, and commitment to children and families.
