As an Early Childhood Center Manager, you serve as the leader of a Head Start and Early Head Start program, ensuring high-quality services for children and families while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. What You’ll Do

• Oversight of daily center operations and compliance with Head Start, licensing, NAEYC, and CCG standards.
• Leadership, supervision, and support of staff to promote high performance, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Monitoring of program quality across education, family engagement, health, nutrition, and special services.
• Management of budgets, tracking expenditures, and supporting financial accountability for center operations.
• Building and strengthening community partnerships to enhance services and advance program goals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience with strong supervisory and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood best practices, compliance standards, and child development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
