Custodian II - Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations (Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm)

Assists in maintaining and supporting facility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms for special events.
• Perform minor maintenance and repair activities.
• Collect and transport recyclables.
• Disassemble and clean drug dispensers.
• Report facility issues (e.g., roof leaks, power outages) to management.
• Ensure clean and sanitary facilities (offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) according to company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws (e.g., OSHA, state health department regulations).
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties.
• Empty waste receptacles and recycle bins.
• Dust, sweep, wet mop, strip, and wax floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and showers.
• Vacuum and spot-clean carpets.
• Clean electronic devices (e.g., microwaves, windows, air conditioner ducts, ceiling tiles).
• Identify and address additional cleaning needs.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; and adapting to change.

Qualifications

No minimum qualifications required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in custodial services or a related field.
• Experience driving large trucks.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain one.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.20 - $22.80. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
