Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $16.76 to $20.20, with eligibility for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and healthy environment to guarantee an enhanced learning experience.
• Achieve a proficient rating on the Facilities Rubric and Facilities Audit.
• Execute assigned work orders, ensuring 90% of campus projects are completed within 48 hours.
• Complete all daily cleaning responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Work with the Facilities Manager to identify facilities needs for capital expenditures (CapEx) planning.
• Operate in a safe manner, including completing SafeSchools training, using personal protective equipment (PPE) 100% of the time, and properly handling and storing chemicals.
• Manage custodial supplies and equipment efficiently to meet campus cost and kWh usage allocations.
• Demonstrate reliability through attendance, punctuality, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies.
