Custodian I (First Shift) - Custodial Services
About the role
Under direct supervision, performs custodial duties necessary for the general maintenance of buildings which involve tasks that require carrying, lifting, bending; empties trash and recycling; changes light bulbs in assigned areas using stepladder; shovels snow and spreads ice melt to maintain building entrances; reports needed repairs by completing repair slips; fills out order forms for requesting cleaning materials, supplies, etc.; locks and unlocks doors; operates machines to facilitate cleaning activities; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Carries out custodial duties including emptying trash and recycling
- Changes light bulbs using a stepladder
- Shovels snow and spreads ice melt

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions
- Prior cleaning experience preferred

Starting Hourly Rate: $17.51
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
