Cleaning Duties

• Dry and wet mop hard floors.
• Vacuum, spot clean, or shampoo carpets when assigned.
• Use floor machines, automatic scrubbers, wall-washing equipment, waste collecting equipment, etc.
• Collect and transport refuse; clean and reline refuse containers with plastic bags.
• Clean sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.
• Polish bright work and clean mirrors.
• Empty trash, sweep, and mop floors with disinfectant cleaner.
• Replace all paper and soap supplies.
• Dust, clean, and polish furniture including beds, dressers, and lamps.
• Clean top of windows, door frames, and other high places.
• Polish stainless steel and other bright work.
• Clean glass.
• Clean venetian blinds and drapes.
• Strip or scrub and refinish floors when assigned.
