LB&B Associates Inc. is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Custodian to join our team at Highgate Springs/Saint Albans, VT (Federal Buildings).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional cleaning and sanitizing services for commercial or government buildings.
- Perform hard surface floor care including carpet cleaning, shampoo/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment, and use of high speed floor equipment and floor scrubbers.
- Maintain office cleanliness through sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash/recycling.
- Sanitize office spaces, breakrooms, and restrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in general commercial or government building cleaning, including sanitizing.
- Expertise in hard surface floor care and all-purpose floor cleaning.
- Ability to perform general office cleaning tasks efficiently and professionally.

Pay
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. One weekend per month: Saturday & Sunday, 4 hours each day (6:00 AM‑10:00 AM) on a rotational holiday basis. As needed, you may be scheduled to work at the Saint Albans, VT facility.
