Custodian - 1st Shift

About the Role

This position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across manufacturing, packaging, administrative, and common areas within a facility, ensuring compliance with cGMP and SOP standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, auto scrubbing, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and waste removal.
• Collect and manage hazardous waste, replenish supplies in bathrooms, cafeterias, and work areas, and perform general groundskeeping and landscaping.
• Document cleaning activities accurately and adhere to safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment and environmental responsibility.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, mechanical rooms, and site vehicles, and support pest control efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum three months of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, perform basic arithmetic, and utilize basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work under supervision.
• Demonstrates maturity, composure under pressure, and a positive, committed attitude.
