Custodial Worker (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and scrubs floors.
• Cleans furniture, bathrooms, windows, walls, and fixtures.
• Operates and maintains commercial cleaning equipment.
• Unloads and moves custodial supplies to designated locations.
• Ensures that all cleaning supplies and paper goods are adequately stocked.
• Completes and submits weekly checklists of accomplished tasks to immediate supervisor.
• Participates in custodial trainings.
• Affords assistance in setting up areas for meetings/events.
• Affords assistance in securing buildings and assuring that windows and doors are properly secured.
• Reports major problems or breakdowns to Team Lead, Cleaning Supervisor or Chief Risk Officer.
• Performs other job related duties as required.
