- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and scrubs floors.
- Cleans furniture, bathrooms, windows, walls, and fixtures.
- Operates and maintains commercial cleaning equipment.
- Unloads and moves custodial supplies to designated locations.
- Ensures that all cleaning supplies and paper goods are adequately stocked.
- Completes and submits weekly checklists of accomplished tasks to immediate supervisor.
- Participates in custodial trainings.
- Assists with setting up areas for meetings/events.
- Assists in securing buildings and assuring that windows and doors are properly secured.
- Reports major problems or breakdowns to Team Lead, Cleaning Supervisor or Chief Risk Officer.
