Custodial Worker 1

Responsibilities

• Floor Care: Perform routine and advanced floor cleaning including washing, buffing, refinishing, shampooing, and extracting
• Surface Cleaning: Dust and clean office areas, hallways, restrooms, furnishings, and equipment
• Restrooms Maintenance: Wash fixtures, replenish supplies, and report issues such as leaks or damaged lighting
• Trash Handling: Collect and transport trash and recycling materials to designated pick-up points
• Equipment Use: Select proper cleaning agents and maintain cleaning equipment through minor repairs and proper care
• Outdoor Upkeep: Sweep exterior entrances and sidewalks and remove snow and ice as needed

Schedule

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks
• This position is considered essential. You will be required to report in-office during emergencies and office closings

Pay

Starting salary may be non-negotiable.
