About the role

The role involves managing a team of researchers and overseeing projects related to advanced data analytics and machine learning applications in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of data scientists and engineers in developing predictive models for clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and security standards are met.
• Present findings to stakeholders including senior management and external partners.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science.
