Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
• Process transactions and provide accurate information about products and services
• Follow up on customer service requests and ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry preferred
