Overnight Custodian

Your New Role

As a custodian, you will be part of the team helping to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of this incredible space. We are looking for candidates with the right experience to help preserve our studio lot and the many office buildings our employees sit in. This role will be working during our overnight shift: 6pm-2:30am.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prefer 1-2 years large commercial facilities (medical center, school campus, major hotel) janitorial experience.
• Must have a working knowledge of English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time.
• Experience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions (Material Safety Data Sheets “MSDS”)
• Background in handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards safety rules.
• Valid CA Driver’s License preferred (If you currently have an out-of-state license, make a record of your license number before you apply for an in-state license. We will need that out-of-state license number to check your driving history).
• A record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history and a valid CA driver’s license.

Physical Exertion

Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs.

Driving Responsibilities

Driving responsibilities may include driving golf carts between buildings to transport cleaning supplies, both within the studio lot and on public road to get to other company buildings off-lot.

Pay

Pay Rate: $21 per hour.
