Cure Room Specialist

Responsibilities

• Reports to Cure Room Supervisor and Compliance Manager on all compliance and METRC-related issues
• Maintains constant awareness of product in the Cure Room and harvest batches stored in other parts of the facility
• Burps flower bins and jars during cure time to ensure product quality
• Meets daily and weekly with the Director and/or other Compliance personnel
• Conducts routine (weekly) audits of packages and harvest batches
• Prepares for and conducts third-party lab sampling of marijuana batches as needed
• Verifies test results and ensures proper procedure is followed
• Assists with regular internal audits and state inspections

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable on proper cannabis curing and basics of strain identification
• Physical requirements: able to push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, handle organic plant matter, and wear required PPE
