Curb Machine Operator

About the role

Walbec Group is seeking an Operator to join their team. Located at Payne and Dolan, Northeast Asphalt, Zenith Tech, Parisi, Premier Concrete, and Construction Resources Management, this position operates a Curb Machine alongside various other construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Curb Machine and other construction equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and others.
• Drive with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. A Class A CDL is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must be punctual and dependable, capable of working varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Experience operating construction equipment and the ability to safely and efficiently operate a Curb Machine is desirable.
• Willingness to work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments.
• Be prepared to labor as needed when not operating equipment.
• Union membership is required, either as a current member or willing to become one.
