About the role

The Culture & Experience Coordinator plays a central role in enhancing CV3’s employee experience through culture programming, recognition initiatives, employee lifecycle support, and internal communications. This role is responsible for developing and executing internal communications that inform, engage, and connect employees while reinforcing CV3’s Core Values. By aligning messaging with culture initiatives and employee experience priorities, the coordinator helps foster a cohesive and values-driven workplace. In partnership with cross-functional teams, this position supports initiatives across onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage internal communications content across platforms (email, intranet/SharePoint, Teams channels, digital signage, presentations, newsletters, Employee Resource Groups, etc.).
  • Own and maintain the internal communications calendar; ensure consistent timing, tone, and alignment with priorities.
  • Draft and edit messaging for company updates, culture initiatives, leadership communications, and employee resources.
  • Design and produce internal communications materials (flyers, newsletters, digital media, video, etc.) and continuously improve effectiveness through feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Support employee experience initiatives and programs, including recognition, appreciation, and internal engagement activities.
  • Partner with Talent & Culture to support employee lifecycle initiatives (onboarding experience, career development support, engagement, retention, offboarding touchpoints).
  • Support planning and execution of internal events and culture programs (program strategy, communications, timelines, stakeholder coordination).
  • Serve as a liaison for employee communications needs, proactively identifying opportunities to improve clarity, connection, and alignment across teams.
  • Participate in special department projects related to culture, communications, and employee experience.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and program assets to support consistency and scalability.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, including personal information, loan details, business and financial records, and proprietary materials.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in creating content across various tones, voices, and platforms to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign), as well as experience with multimedia and video editing platforms, is highly preferred.

Pay

The range listed is one component of CV3’s total rewards package. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, role-based incentives, and region-specific benefits. A team member’s position within the listed salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
