About the role

This role plays an integral role in agent recognition and retention on the Operations team, setting a positive and upbeat tone. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and overall success of Compass events and community involvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Event Management and Execution: Responsible for the planning and management of all statewide and local events, collaborating with stakeholders, and successfully executing events that aid in agent loyalty and retention efforts.
  • Agent Recognition and Retention: Assists with Compass recognition awards, social hours, agent appreciation events and other key initiatives that drive retention amongst our agent population.
  • Community Involvement/Outreach: Manages major company initiatives at the various local office levels as well as in support of the Compass Cares formal programming.
  • Culture Program Management: Overall program management & coordination of culture initiatives for the region, including both agent and employee-focused recognition.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of event management experience and/or customer service experience.
  • Experience working with established brands is a plus.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • High stress tolerance is required.

  • Access to reliable transportation with space to transport equipment.
  • Willingness to travel for events across Colorado.
  • Proficiency in Google Applications including Gmail and Sheets.

Pay

The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $75,000 - $80,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
