Role
The role involves running a celebrity and cultural partnership program from scratch. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the evangelist machinery, including onboarding new evangelists, coordinating their activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Sourcing and producing high-end custom gift baskets for celebrity investors and other high-profile individuals.
- Executing real-time cultural marketing moments, ensuring they are executed quickly and effectively.
- Sourcing, managing vendors, and producing one-off builds for partnership moments.
- Keeping the program on track through project management, analytics, and record-keeping.
- Handling logistics and coordination across various teams and time zones.
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Have experience managing budgets, trackers, and status lists.
- Show taste and an eye for detail in gift-giving and event planning.
- Move quickly and handle ambiguity effectively, prioritizing action over perfection.
- Have experience across different functions, such as social, content, PR, and events.
- Be comfortable working with freelancers and vendors.
Qualifications
Requirements include:
- Roughly 3-6 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have successfully completed real projects.
- A background in event planning, branding, and partnership management.
- Experience with project management tools and systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
