Cultural Partnerships Coordinator (Contract)
About the role
The role involves helping run a celebrity and cultural partnership program. Key responsibilities include managing the evangelist machinery, handling gifting, executing real-time activations, sourcing and managing vendors, and keeping the program on track.
Responsibilities
- Manage the evangelist machinery, including setting up new signings, coordinating shoot dates, and collecting photos and results.
- Handle gifting, creating high-end custom pieces for celebrity investors and other important contacts.
- Execute real-time activations, such as responding to cultural moments or competitor stumbles within a 24-hour window.
- Sourcing and managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and building a vendor bench.
- Producing one-off builds, helping to bring ideas to life, and ensuring they happen on time.
- Keeping the program on the rails, maintaining trackers, and pulling the numbers together for the team.
- Ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly, fulfilling runs, coordinating across teams, and handling small operational tasks.
Requirements
You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in event planning, gifting, and real-time activation is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience in other areas are also considered.
Qualifications
Essential qualifications include a strong background in logistics, project management, and the ability to handle ambiguity and tight deadlines. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
Skills
Key skills include excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects. Experience with project management tools and a collaborative mindset are beneficial.
