Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of a large-scale cultivation facility, leading teams through the full grow cycle while maintaining high standards for quality, compliance, and productivity.
• Lead and support Cultivation Leads and Associates across all stages of cultivation, from cloning and vegetation through harvest.
• Oversee daily cultivation activities including watering, feeding, transplanting, defoliation, sanitation, room prep, and mother plant care.
• Ensure plant health, product integrity, and adherence to cultivation protocols throughout the grow cycle.
• Train, coach, and develop team members in alignment with SOPs, ensuring consistent and effective documentation of training.
• Support department KPIs and core metrics related to quality, quantity, productivity, and efficiency.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet operational goals.
