About the role
The Culinary and Horticultural Specialist is responsible for overseeing the cultivation and preparation of all culinary and horticultural elements within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and garden areas.
- Develop and implement sustainable gardening practices.
- Plan and execute seasonal menus that align with fresh produce availability.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the nutrition team to ensure dietary needs are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Horticulture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing kitchen and garden operations.
- Experience with sustainable agriculture practices.
Qualifications
