About the role

The Culinary Specialist is responsible for developing and executing innovative culinary programs that enhance guest experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of various cuisines and a passion for food innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new culinary concepts and recipes
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
  • Conduct taste tests and provide feedback to improve menu offerings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning
  • Train kitchen staff in new techniques and recipes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Experience with menu development and cost control
  • Proficiency in kitchen management software
