About the role

The Culinary Services Director plays a key leadership role in creating exceptional dining experiences for residents. This position hires, develops, and inspires a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality, quality dining, and a welcoming atmosphere, while ensuring excellence in safety, sanitation, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an enriching and memorable dining experience
• Creatively design menu items
• Manage inventory control, functionality, and dining/kitchen cleanliness
• Interview, hire, train, manage, and retain highly effective associates
• Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Achieve balanced results in associate engagement, resident loyalty, and financial performance

Requirements

• Culinary Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience
• ServSafe certification required

Experience working in Senior Living, Hotel, or Country Club environments is a plus. Food and Beverage Manager experience is also a plus.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (weekend MOD rotation)
