The Culinary Services Director is responsible for creating a welcoming culture focused on service excellence for our residents and a positive and nurturing team environment. Promotes Benedictine’s Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing these values to life in the organization. Builds and retains a strong culinary team where opportunities for growth are encouraged and all members are valued. Collaborates with all care providers. Oversees and maintains a safe and sanitary environment. Manages and oversees efficient operations to maximize resident satisfaction including oversight of the culinary budget.

Requirements
- Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course and certification where applicable
- Accreditation as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or currently enrolled in an approved CDM course and eligible to write the CDM exam within 16 months of hire

Pay
$35.25/hr - $44.00/hr
