Culinary Server for Georgia Football - NON-Student Assistant

About the role

The server will assist the Culinary Service Manager in executing front of the house service for Georgia Football. This person will need to follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures as well as multitask. They will also be responsible for stocking front of house, which includes but is not limited to various fueling stations, food service lines and tabletops.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service experience
• Knowledge of health and food safety codes for food preparation, storage and serving
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with culinary team
• Ability to follow instructions with daily tasks given including but not limited to stocking and clean up
• Previous experience in a culinary/restaurant position and ServSafe Certification

Qualifications

• Lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs.
• Work while handling outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time
• Move around campus, which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
• Work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Skills

Knowledge of health and food safety codes for food preparation, storage and serving. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with culinary team. Ability to follow instructions with daily tasks given including but not limited to stocking and clean up. Previous experience in a culinary/restaurant position and ServSafe Certification.
