Culinary Pastry - Hiring Events

We are seeking passionate Pastry chefs, Head Bakers, and Pastry Dinner Cooks for in-person interviews at upcoming culinary hiring events. Join our team at a high-volume bakery environment, preparing desserts and pastries for multiple resort locations and fine dining experiences. Responsibilities include: following recipes, ensuring kitchen safety and sanitation, operating baking tools and equipment, and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications: at least 2 years of culinary or pastry experience, knowledge of techniques like piping, baking, and decorating, and strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Preferred candidates will have experience with intricate pastry work, cake decorating, and dietary accommodations, along with culinary education or leadership experience.
